  • My experience with the purchase, the product and the after sales service has been exceptionally good. (I live in regional Australia.) I purchased a blood pressure monitor after searching extensively - guided by reliable private and government websites. (I chose the iHealth TRACK KN550BT Connected Blood Pressure Arm Monitor.) The monitor's documentation is clear and helpful in explaining how to use and interpret the results. The ability to bluetooth to the phone app, and export to a spreadsheet is very convenient too.  I submitted the receipt to my health insurance fund (NIB ) who required a bit more documentation.  I used the email on the receipt to contact Craig - on a Saturday close to Christmas - and to my surprised delight he replied on the same day with additional information, and checked to confirm if that was sufficient.
